Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Internal medicine office. The ideal candidate will create and oversee administrative workflows, support staff efficiency, and provide exceptional service to patients. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of a medical office operations. Experience in medical billing will be highly preferred.

Experience in medical billing will be highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
- Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the office.
- Maintain and update office policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including AHCA, OSHA and HIPAA requirements.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and supply management.
- Manage patient scheduling, ensuring efficient use of provider time and resources.
- Oversee the patient check-in/check-out process and maintain high standards of service.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues and coordinate with external technical support as needed.
Staff Supervision and Support:
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage administrative staff, including receptionists and billing personnel.
- Schedule and oversee staff workflows to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Facilitate staff meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Financial and Administrative Oversight:
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including insurance claims and billing processes.
- Prepare and review financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Monitor and optimize practice revenue by identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Competitive
Expected hours: 24-32 per week with possibility of converting into full time within 3 months.
