Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounting Bookkeeper - A/R And A/P Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and keeping track of invoices and statements for our company. You will be representing our Accounting Department.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the vendor invoices for accuracy and match them with quotes
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Keep track of our credit customers accounts and notify management for past due invoices
• Assist our management in getting information regarding all accounting inquiries

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields is highly preferred
• Experience with current ERP accounting software and reporting tools
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Industrious, detail and deadline-oriented (Punctuality, attention to details, and focus on deadlines)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of basic business practices
