Painter Job Summary

Our ideal candidate is an experienced painter. Our company is looking for a Painter for painting residential houses. We paint full interior and exteriors. Most homes are vacant. Experience with sprayers, cutting in, rolling, different paint bases, application, and techniques is prefered. Minor drywall repair experience is a plus. Meeting deadlines, communication skills, eye for detail is a must. Maintain equipment, tools, keeping a clean work site, good prep skills, and problem solving are additional skills we are looking for. Will be working on a team of other painters, maintenance techs, cleaners, ect.

Painter Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean up your job site
• Good prep skills. Protect furniture, floors, and other pieces of the structure that do not need paint
• Prepare the surface for painting, minor drywall repairs, caulking, remove screws, nails, wall anchors, ect.
• Working as a team with other crew members

Painter Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Experience working as a painter or on a construction site (preferred)
• Skills with a variety of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills are very important
