Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – ~4:00 PM Occasional Saturdays

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Crew Leader to manage on-site installations, supervise team members, and deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project.

What You’ll Do

• Lead your own 2–3 person crew in preparing, installing, and finishing residential and commercial concrete coating projects

• Ensure every job is completed to our high standards and on schedule

• Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally on job sites

• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction to installation assistants

• Maintain accurate job site records and report issues to management as needed

• Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and materials

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years of experience leading crews in construction, flooring, painting, or similar trades

• Take pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented work

• Can lift 50–100 lbs regularly and thrive in a physical work environment

• Are a clear communicator and natural team motivator

• Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license

• Can pass a background check

• Are reliable, punctual, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company

• Starting pay: $25–$32/hr based on experience

• Annual income potential: $55,000–$80,000+

• Full-time availability Monday–Friday (some Saturdays as needed)

• Must arrive at our Tyngsborough, MA shop by 7:00 AM daily
