Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric In-Home Care (PT & PRN)

Locations: Hoschton, GA 30548
Pay: $38–$40 per hour | Competitive compensation
Schedule: 20+hrs/wk

Believe and Evolve Healthcare, LLC is actively hiring compassionate and experienced Pediatric RNs for in-home care services through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). Our mission is to provide high-quality, family-centered care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their homes.

Position Summary:

As a Pediatric RN, you will play a key role in supporting families by providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care to children with medically fragile conditions. You will work closely with our clinical leadership and care team to ensure each child receives the highest level of care, while creating a nurturing and safe environment.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home pediatric nursing care in accordance with the patient’s care plan

• Monitor and manage ventilators, tracheostomy care, g-tubes, and medication administration

• Provide compassionate support and education to families and caregivers

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical protocols

• Collaborate with care teams and supervisors to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active RN License (State of Georgia – required)

• 2–3+ years of nursing experience in pediatrics

• Experience with trach, vent, and g-tube care is required

• Prior work with special needs children strongly preferred

• NICU/PICU experience is a plus

• Strong understanding of high-risk diagnoses and conditions

• Excellent communication skills and bedside manner

• Must be compassionate, reliable, and aligned with our family-centered model of care
