What You’ll Do

• Safely haul flatbed freight and deliver on‐time
   

• Secure, strap, and tarp loads per DOT & company standards
   

• Keep ELD logs, DVIRs, and paperwork accurate and up‐to‐date
   

• Perform routine pre‐trip / post‐trip inspections
   

Communicate with dispatch and customers in a professional manner

What We’re Looking For

• Class A CDL with recent flatbed experience
   

• Clean, safe driving record
   

  • Low CSA score & low PSP score
     

  • No reckless driving or speeding tickets in the last 5 years
     

• Able to pass DOT physical & drug screen
   

• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

  Pay & Perks

• 33 % of gross load revenue paid to the truck
   

• Performance bump: +1 % after every 6‐month review
   

• Average weekly take‐home: $2,200 – $3,000
   

• 100 % of tarp pay goes straight to you
   

• 100 % of detention & accessorial pay goes straight to you
   

• Weekly settlement via direct deposit (1099)
