Job Summary:

Thrive Therapy Space LLC is currently seeking a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist and Independent Wellness Practitioner to join our dynamic and supportive practice community. This opportunity is ideal for self-motivated professionals looking to operate their own private practice while enjoying the benefits of a collaborative work environment. Our model is designed to empower clinicians to work independently while still accessing shared resources and professional support.

This position is structured as an independent contractor role with flexible scheduling. Practitioners maintain full control over their practice and client caseload, with access to professional office space and a supportive community that values growth, balance, and ethical care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct mental health or wellness services to clients, including therapy, counseling, or holistic wellness sessions.

• Maintain full compliance with HIPAA regulations, state licensure requirements, and ethical standards of your profession.

• Independently manage client scheduling, documentation, and billing processes.

• Participate in optional peer consultation groups, community events, and collaborative efforts with other Thrive members.

• Utilize the Thrive Therapy Space facility in a respectful and professional manner, including shared resources such as the waiting area and Gathering Space.

• Offer optional group workshops, events, or seminars aligned with your expertise to enhance community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted licensure to practice independently in the state of Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.).

• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to manage an independent caseload and maintain professional boundaries.

• Must carry individual professional liability insurance.

• Training or certification in specialized modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, or holistic practices is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and professional ethics.
