Local professional office searching for a bookkeeper/payroll specialist. Responsibilities would include the following:

1. Assisting administrative staff in answering the phone, making copies, and other administrative duties.
2. Assisting clients with bookkeeping needs using QuickBooks and QuickBooks online.
3. Preparing payroll for several local businesses and filing quarterly payroll reports.
4. Managing workflow during the payroll process.

A successful team member will need to be energetic, organized, capable of meeting deadlines, work well with the public on a daily basis. Professional dress is required. Pay is competitive and depends on experience.
