We are seeking a reliable and professional Catering Delivery Driver to transport food and supplies to event locations in a timely and courteous manner. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, punctual, and takes pride in maintaining both food quality and vehicle safety. This role also includes responsibility for the basic upkeep and cleanliness of the company delivery vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load, transport, and deliver catering orders to various client locations.
• Ensure timely deliveries while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Confirm order accuracy before departure and ensure proper handling of all food items.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including setup assistance when required.
• Communicate with the catering team and customers to confirm delivery details or report delays.
• Collect delivery confirmations, signatures, or payments if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the delivery vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections (oil, tire pressure, lights, etc.) and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
• Assist with loading/unloading at kitchen or event site as necessary.
• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in food delivery, catering, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical aspects of delivery.
• Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to vehicle care and cleanliness.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, customer-facing role with frequent travel between locations.
• May involve exposure to varying weather conditions and occasional long driving distances.
