Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (Normal business hours with occasional elective overtime on evenings and weekends, especially during the holiday season)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production and Assembly Associate to assist in the manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and shipping of our products. You’ll be working with a variety of items, primarily calendars, but also mugs, shirts, cups, tumblers, puzzles, stickers, coasters, mouse pads, and more! Your role will involve working with our team to ensure products are completed with attention to detail and meet our high-quality standards. In addition to assembly, you’ll help maintain inventory, move materials around the shop, unload incoming shipments, and assist in packaging and shipping our products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, assemble, and quality check a variety of products, primarily calendars
• Assist in producing mugs, shirts, cups, tumblers, puzzles, stickers, coasters, mouse pads, and other merchandise
• Package products for shipping, ensuring that orders are prepared efficiently and securely
• Help maintain inventory levels, restocking supplies and materials as needed
• Unload incoming shipments and move materials around the shop as necessary
• Operate machinery and tools safely to assist with product creation and assembly
• Ensure quality control standards are met on all products before they are shipped
• Assist with shop maintenance and organization to keep operations running smoothly
• Work closely with the team to meet deadlines, especially during high-demand periods like the holiday season
• Forklift operation (experience is a plus, but not required)
• Provide support in e-commerce fulfillment, helping process and ship online orders
• Collaborate with other team members on daily tasks and special projects

Preferred Qualities and Qualifications:

• Experience in product assembly or manufacturing is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right candidate)
• Experience with e-commerce fulfillment and shipping software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and move materials as needed
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
