We are seeking a reliable and professional Catering & Hospitality Assistant for a 3-day temporary assignment supporting a tech firm in Plano. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth food service operations and a welcoming office environment during a series of internal meetings and events.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and set up catering orders

• Keep kitchen and hospitality areas clean, organized, and stocked

• Greet guests and support with food and beverage needs

• Ensure meeting rooms are tidy and properly set before/after sessions

• Assist with clean-up and restocking supplies as needed

• Provide friendly, professional service to internal staff and visitors

Requirements:

• Must be available all 3 days (July 22–24) during business hours

• Prior experience in hospitality, food service, or catering preferred

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative

• Reliable and punctual
