Position Responsibilities
Primary Sales Activities
- Territory Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of dispensaries, smoke shops, and retail cannabis stores within assigned territory
- Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify new potential customers through cold calling, digital outreach, and in-person visits
- Product Presentation: Conduct professional sales presentations showcasing our THCA flower products, lab results, and pricing advantages
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with key decision makers and purchasing managers
- Order Processing: Secure orders, process sales transactions, and coordinate delivery logistics
Customer Service Excellence
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
- Account Management: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat orders
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information
- Support Services: Provide ongoing support including product education, inventory planning, and promotional assistance
Administrative Duties
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information
- Reporting: Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales performance summaries
- Documentation: Ensure all sales transactions include proper paperwork and compliance documentation
- Inventory Coordination: Track product availability and comm
