Position Responsibilities

Primary Sales Activities

  • Territory Development: Build and maintain a portfolio of dispensaries, smoke shops, and retail cannabis stores within assigned territory
  • Lead Generation: Identify, contact, and qualify new potential customers through cold calling, digital outreach, and in-person visits
  • Product Presentation: Conduct professional sales presentations showcasing our THCA flower products, lab results, and pricing advantages
  • Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with key decision makers and purchasing managers
  • Order Processing: Secure orders, process sales transactions, and coordinate delivery logistics

Customer Service Excellence

  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions
  • Account Management: Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat orders
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information
  • Support Services: Provide ongoing support including product education, inventory planning, and promotional assistance

Administrative Duties

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information
  • Reporting: Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales performance summaries
  • Documentation: Ensure all sales transactions include proper paperwork and compliance documentation
  • Inventory Coordination: Track product availability and comm
