Job Description

We are seeking an experience Motor Winder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in winding AC electric Motors

Responsibilities will include:

Winding electric motors to specifications
Conduct thorough inspection and testing of motors and perform necessary rewinds
Collaborate with supervisor to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions
Perform heavy lifting during the winding and repair process
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in motor rewinds
Proficiency using power tools safely and effectively
Ability to perform heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during work shift
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must be a US citizen

We have the equipment to properly rewind up to 250+hp electric motors. The attention to detail and the amount of pride and craftsmanship that goes in to each and every job is second to none.
