CornerStone Staffing is hiring for a Front Office Administrator in Dallas! Join a professional office environment where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and support both visitors and staff with a variety of administrative tasks.
Front Office Administrator
Location: Onsite | Coppell, TX
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $21/hour
• Hours:M-F 8AM to 5PM
• Employment Type: possible temp to perm
ROLE IMPACT
The Front Office Administrator plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations for the organization by managing reception duties and providing essential administrative support. This role ensures a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and supports staff through effective coordination of office resources and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer and direct incoming calls using TEAMS switchboard system
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and comfortable reception experience
• Maintain tidiness and organization of the reception area
• Manage visitor sign-in processes and issue temporary badges
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including postal services and FedEx
• Receive, distribute, and restock office and kitchen supplies
• Coordinate pilot retirement gifts and manage office supply vendors and service providers
• Provide administrative support for association events, including preparing name tents and materials
• Manage fleet vehicle reservations, maintenance, and records
• Assist with pilot trip pulls as directed
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in administrative role or related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with emphasis on Teams
- Experience operating automated phone systems
- Professional demeanor and experience in a professional office environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience coordinating office supplies and vendor services
• Experience supporting administrative functions for events
