About Us: At Batteries Plus, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. You will have a territory within a 20-mile radius of the Monroe, OH area that may expand based on growth.

Your primary duties will include:

• Sales and Customer Service: Selling products and services while engaging with local businesses within your territory. You will ensure all customers have high-quality customer service experience, meet all sales goals, and generate new leads to build our client base.
• Lead Generation: Generate and qualify new leads through lead maps, scheduled appointments, and cold calls. Meet with decision makers to establish and maintain strong working relationships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Establish new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers by providing outstanding customer service and building customer rapport. You will be the primary contact for customer questions or concerns, seeking knowledge and providing solutions.
• Inventory Management: Manage accurate van inventory, conduct consistent physical inventories, and communicate with multiple stores within the route area for possible inventory transfer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 months prior work experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong mathematical and algebraic skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
