We are seeking a dedicated and experienced 1st Shift Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our client's Indianapolis facility. This role is vital to ensuring equipment reliability, efficient operations, and a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient completion of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues.

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the maintenance department.

• Manage inventory for tools, parts, and supplies needed for maintenance operations.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with production goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance management or related field.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and preventative maintenance practices.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to make it to work on-time in the Indianapolis area.
