Job Description

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney who is also familiar with Criminal Law to become a part of our team! You will cover minor hearings (such as trial readiness, setting dates, and non-complex motions) in legal proceedings, draft trial memorandums, motions, marital settlement agreements, and other various legal documents. This position requires little to no contact with clients.

Responsibilities:

Appear in court at Trial Readiness hearings, set dates, and argue minor motions
Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
Comply with all legal standards and regulations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Family law
Familiarity with various Family Law legal documents
Familiarity with Westlaw or Fast Case
Some Criminal Law Experience (Not a Must)
Ability to work quickly and independently under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills
