Superintendent – Paterson & Clifton, NJ

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Superintendent to manage several small residential properties located in Paterson and Clifton, NJ.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)

• Maintain cleanliness of buildings and common areas

• Handle seasonal upkeep including grass cutting and snow removal

• Oversee property systems and report issues promptly

• Ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:

• Must be handy, organized, and reliable

• Prior experience as a super or building maintenance technician preferred

• Must be physically able to perform maintenance and cleaning tasks

• Able to communicate effectively and respond to tenant concerns
