Job Details

Experienced Commercial Estimator needed for COMMERCIAL design/build estimating in the Beaverton, MI area. You will assist in the proposal process, create high-level budgets for proposals, provide detailed budgets, and create the final bid day solution as a key member of the Pre-Construction team. You will be working with the Chief Estimator on estimate strategy by project. You must have excellent written and verbal skills and be able to do presentations to clients. You must understand building practices and be able to read construction documents and have experience estimating across multiple divisions. You must have experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CostX or a similar platform. Payrate: $90K-$95K
