Citation Box and Paper, a 74 year old packaging distribution company , seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Biller to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the financial success of our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing general ledger activities.

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Accounts Receivable & Payable: Track and manage all incoming and outgoing payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and ensure accounts are settled.

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.

• Compliance: Ensure all financial records comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

• Communication: Act as the point of contact for billing inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Billing Specialist, or similar role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, etc.).

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required).
