Job Description

Epic Personnel Partners is hiring HVAC Technicians to support refurbishment and diagnostics of thermal medical equipment in Bloomfield, CT.

Pay: $17.00–$25.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30AM–5:00PM

Duties: Repair, test, and refurbish medical heating and sterilization equipment such as blanket warmers, sterilizers, and related thermal systems.

Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment performance issue
Repair heating and cooling components of medical-grade system
Perform PMs and diagnostics according to OEM and industry standards
Complete documentation of services, part usage, and time tracking
Ensure repairs meet cost-efficiency goals without compromising quality
Communicate repair status with supervisors and engineering
Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations

Requirements

Education or certification in HVAC or Refrigeration Technology
1+ years of experience in HVAC servicing or thermal system troubleshooting
Familiarity with electrical and mechanical schematics
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
Experience with medical equipment is a strong plus
