Group Home Manager – Mercer/Burlington Counties, NJ
$40,000 – $50,000/year | Full-Time | In-Person

Abri Care & Community Supports is seeking a compassionate and experienced Group Home Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a dedicated team supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You’ll Do:

This role is a mix of supervisory and hands-on direct care duties. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and schedule staff coverage for all shifts (on- and off-campus).

• Ensure the group home operates in compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

• Provide training, oversight, and support to staff in daily care, medication administration, and behavior support.

• Monitor resident care plans and coordinate with healthcare providers and therapists.

• Attend and coordinate resident medical appointments.

• Maintain accurate documentation for residents, staff, and home operations.

• Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins.

• Serve as the primary liaison with families and community partners.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)

• Clean driving record & valid license

• Able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening

• Dedicated, reliable, and mission-aligned professional

Schedule & Location:

• Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm

• On-call availability required (nights/weekends as needed)

• Location: Trenton, NJ 08619 (must be able to commute)
