Deck Stain Specialist (Experience required)

Location: Olathe, KS

Pay: $18–$20/hour, paid weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview:

We’re a Stain and Wood Restoration company in Olathe, KS, looking for a skilled Carpenter / Wood Renewal Specialist to join our full-time crew. You’ll use your hands-on expertise to revive decks, fences, and other wooden structures, delivering jaw-dropping results for our clients. We're looking for an experienced Deck Stainer to join our crew mid-season. Bring your hustle, and pride in a job well done, and let’s build something great together!

What You’ll Do:

• Restore wooden surfaces like decks, siding, and fences with sanding, staining, and sealing techniques.
• Work outdoors, shaping and refining wood to perfection.
• Apply your carpentry skills to repair, replace, or enhance wooden structures as needed.
• Team up with a crew that values quality and craftsmanship.
• Learn restoration-specific tricks (we’ll train you!) while sharpening your existing talents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience using wood stain (decks highly preferred).
• Familiar with carpentry tools (saws, sanders, drills).
• A love for seeing projects through from start to finish.
• Comfort working outside in all kinds of weather.
• A reliable, can-do attitude
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50lbs) and stay on your feet.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license—a must for getting to our job sites.
