Carpet Advantage has been based out of Willoughby since 1989. We service the multi-family or apartment industry and commercial properties.

You'll work with the same properties several times a month, helping the property turn apartments and providing incredible carpet cleaning throughout the property.

We have an immediate need and less than a week hiring process.

Highlights

• Full time
• 8 – 4:00 Mon- Fri, some Saturdays during peak season
• Paid lunches
• No on-call / emergency work
• Earn bonus for all carpet repairs
• No selling involved
• Carpet Advantage supplies all tools, equipment, and supplies, vehicle
• Work solo or as a team as the schedule unfolds
• Report to shop in Willoughby

Daily responsibilities

· Clean the carpet in vacant or occupied apartments using the Rotovac Powerwand

· Clean the carpet in common areas/hallways/party rooms

· Clean the carpet at commercial properties

· Repair carpet includes patches, transition strips, stretching, seam repairs, etc. See our website for examples at Carpet-advantage.com

· Take care of your equipment and van

· Keep an organized van with everything you need to do the job

· Interact with property staff

About you

· The ability to lift 50 lbs and carpet hoses, portable

· Pass a background check

· Have a good driving record

· Excellent attendance

· Good communication

· Ability to use a phone app for your work orders

· Experience is a plus
