Job Description

Now Hiring: Inventory & Office Administrator | Hayward, CA
$22/hr | Mon–Fri, 5:00am–1:30pm + OT | Temp-to-Hire

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Office Administrator to support warehouse operations and administrative functions. Candidates must live within 30 minutes of Hayward and be able to maintain a professional appearance during business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and file paperwork (digital & hard copy)
Enter and reconcile daily route manifests, driver paperwork, and CODs
Answer phones and emails
Maintain timekeeping systems and assist with manual timesheet entry
Support new hire orientations and onboarding paperwork
Assist with cycle counts and daily row inventory counts
Prepare reports and submit to management
Handle credit card reconciliations, deposits, and employee file updates

Requirements:

2+ years in distribution or supply chain admin
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
Forklift certified and able to lift 44 lbs unassisted
Strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills
High school diploma required
Must pass background check and drug screen (post-offer)
