Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a respected skilled nursing facility in Ossining, NY. This is a key leadership role for an RN with strong clinical judgment and a passion for quality patient care in a long-term care setting.

RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing staff and day-to-day clinical operations
• Ensure adherence to care plans, regulatory requirements, and facility policies
• Provide support and supervision to LPNs and CNAs
• Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies with professionalism and urgency
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care

• Active NYS RN license
• Prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
