Life IVF Center is seeking a Chinese-bilingual Medical Billing Associate to join our high-performing Billing & Finance team. This is an ideal role for someone who is not only fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, but also passionate about supporting patients through a sensitive and life-changing journey.

This position plays a critical part in helping both English and Chinese-speaking patients understand their care, manage their billing experience with confidence, and ensure accurate and timely coordination with insurance providers. You'll serve as a bridge between patients, providers, and payors, helping deliver both clarity and compassion in every interaction.

✅ Role Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Billing Support: Handle charge entry, payment posting, and patient billing reconciliation with a focus on accuracy and timeliness

• Insurance Verification & Claims: Coordinate with payors, verify coverage, submit and follow up on claims, and manage denials or appeals

• Patient Communication (Mandarin Chinese & English): Provide billing education and support to patients, helping them understand their benefits, balances, and payment options

• Delinquency Resolution: Assist patients with past due accounts and recommend payment solutions

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance workflows and deliver a seamless billing experience for all patients

Who We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, able to speak clearly and professionally with patients and colleagues in both languages

• 1+ year experience in medical billing, healthcare finance, or insurance coordination

• Knowledge of specialty billing, claims, and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)

• Comfortable working with EMR and billing software; proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in customer service or patient-facing roles is a plus

• Detail-oriented, compassionate, and eager to help others

• Based in or near Irvine, CA, or willing to commute for interview and onboarding
