Valley Cabinet Inc. is looking for a 2nd shift Cabinet Finisher!

Starting at $17/hr based on experience +$2 shift premium!
With pay raise opportunities at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment!

Work Schedule: Schedules will vary based on workload
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm - 12:30am & Friday: Noon - 6:00pm

What you will do:
Using a manual or automated spray equipment, the Sprayer applies decorative finishes and protective coatings to our products that will include drawer fronts, door fronts, veneers, moldings, and other cabinet components.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use a spray gun to apply stain, sealer, or topcoat to cabinet and door products
• Use sandpaper and other instruments to sand rough spots and to rub stain into the grain.
• Maintain quality standards on all products.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• 2+ Years of wood finishing experience required
• Prior spray gun experience required
• Ability to match or detect differences between colors. This includes shades, colors, and brightness
• Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions in English
• Ability to meet quality standards - strong attention to detail and quality
• Moving, bending, standing, kneeling, lifting and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds
• Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing, pinching, fine motor dexterity
