What You’ll Do:

• Help customers choose the perfect flooring for their needs (carpet, luxury plank vinyl, waterproof laminate, tile & more)

• Provide expert advice and product knowledge (we’ll train you!)

• Prepare estimates and close sales

• Follow up with customers and ensure 5-Star customer satisfaction every time.

• Work closely with installers and the rest of our team to keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly and a positive attitude

• Sales or customer service experience (flooring or home improvement is a plus!)

• Willingness to learn product lines and installation basics

• Attention to detail and good organization

• Must be dependable and professional
