What Makes You A Great Fit:

2+ years of management experience in automotive service, retail service, or sales.

Strong sales focus and the drive to hit numbers—then beat them.

Ability to lead by example, coach a team, and maintain a positive shop culture.

Great communication and follow-up skills with customers and employees.

Familiarity with shop management software like Tekmetric or similar.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
