We are looking to add a staffing recruiter to our team.

StaffMax hires primarily for light industrial warehousing and manufacturing. We are located in Brownsburg, Indiana and we service companies all along the west side of Indianapolis.

Hours are negotiable---7-8am start potentially

Job Description;

Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for our clients. Learn our clients needs and wants and work to find them the right worker.

Complete basic filling and organization. Communicate call offs / new starts / ended assignments with clients. Conduct E-Verify, 3rd party background checks, and i9 entries.

Requirements:

Reliable Transportation

Experience in clerical or admin positions (recruiting is preffered)

Ability to work with a team

Some microsoft excel and word experience
