We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager-Electricidal Division to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all electrical project management aspects of Commerical construction projects.
• Oversee electrical aspects of construction project from planning, budgeting, project buy-out, scheduling, implementation, quality assurance reporting.
• Ensure allocated financial project budget resources
• Interface with job-site superintendents, foreman, customer project managers, contractors
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city, county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable labor and material costs

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

• Previous experience in construction project management or other related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with electrical construction management software
• Must know Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point,
• Knowledge of software systems: On-Center, Quick Bid, Plan Grid, Blue Beam, Raken Jobsite Management System,
• Must be self-motivated & punctual
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow-up skills both internally and externally.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
