Aire Serv of Downtown Houston, a newly launched and fast-growing HVAC services franchise, is actively seeking a Home Comfort Designer (Sales Role) to lead residential HVAC system sales across a large, uncrowded Houston territory.

We’ve already begun receiving commercial bid requests — now we’re looking for the right sales professional to take the lead on residential opportunities.

Position Details:

• Position: Home Comfort Designer (Sales Role)

• Type: 1099 – Independent Contractor

• Compensation:

  • 10% Commission on Sales

  • $2,000 Draw in First Month (Ramp-Up Incentive)

  • Potential Earnings: $120K–$150K+ Annually (Performance-Based)

• Schedule:

  • Flexible, field-based role

  • 2–3 days/week in-office for training or team meetings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up visits after technician assessments to present system recommendations

• Generate leads via cold calling, networking events, and community outreach

• Accurately enter and manage opportunities through ServiceTitan software

• Sell and upsell HVAC systems and maintenance packages

• Complete all necessary paperwork, including financing documentation (GreenSky, Terms)

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC sales experience strongly preferred

• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-oriented

• Must live within 30 minutes of service areas

• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent time management and follow-up skills

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn systems (training provided)
