Job Summary

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, community-minded, and service-oriented Team Member to join our North Conway Scoop Shop team! At Ben & Jerry’s, we’re about more than just serving ice cream—we’re creating an experience rooted in joy, connection, and values.

This is a part-time or full time position with availability required on weekends. As a Scooper, you’ll provide exceptional service while upholding our company’s mission of linked prosperity for all who interact with our business. Responsibilities include assisting customers, working the register, scooping ice cream, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and creating an inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a warm smile and a friendly greeting.
Serve ice cream and other menu items with efficiency and enthusiasm.
Maintain a clean and inviting scoop shop environment.
Operate the register accurately, handling cash and card transactions with care.
Stay knowledgeable about our flavors, products, and company values to share with customers.
Stock inventory, refill supplies, and help with general upkeep.
Support in-store promotions and community initiatives that align with Ben & Jerry's mission.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a smooth and fun operation.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks, including scooping ice cream.
