We are seeking a talented and energetic Canvass Manager to join our team. As a Canvass Manager, you will be responsible for setting qualified appointments to budget as well as hiring, training, and managing for the in-field canvass teams in the region. Your role will be pivotal in identifying leads and building strong relationships within the community. Our Canvass Manager is given the opportunity to earn a base pay plus uncapped commission. Duties:

• Lead and manage canvassing team to ensure effective outreach and lead generation, including team scheduling
• Tracks and measures profitability of canvass teams; keeps up on all appointments and results.
• Communicates with the call center to ensure accuracy.
• Tracks flow of jobs
• Orders all materials for each market (uniforms, door hangers, PPE)
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services, enabling effective communication with potential customers.
• Confirms accuracy of data for input in the system & works with canvass workers on metrics, leads and appointments.
• Communicates as needed with Sales Managers / General Managers
• Proactive with customer communications.
• Maintains documentation in I360 (CRM)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in canvassing
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Siding, Window, and Roofing experience preferred, not required.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to professionally and effectively communicate with internal teams potential customers.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Valid Drivers License required

Compensation: $60,000 base + bonus; opportunity to earn up to $200,000

Work Location: Some in-office, mostly in the field

Schedule: Full-time; Ability to work evenings and weekends

Expected hours: 40 per week
