Job Overview
We are looking for 2 dedicated LPN's to join our team and work the evening shift from 2pm-10pm. Shift diff of $1.00 for working evening shift. Sign-on bonus (for new hires only) of $4000, which half is received at 90 days and the other half at 180 days. Opportunity for overtime/bonus incentives for picking up extra shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments..
• Conduct assessments of patients’ health status and report findings to the supervising nurse or physician.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the medical office setting.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Louisiana.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating compassion for patients.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in nursing practice.
