Apartment Maintenance Technician – Allentown, PA
Pay: Up to $21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Allentown, PA

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time position at a residential community in Allentown, PA. This role is ideal for someone with strong maintenance skills who takes pride in quality work and timely service.

Job Duties:

• Complete work orders and apartment turnovers

• Perform general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the property

• Assist with preventative maintenance and emergency repairs as needed

Requirements:

• Residential or apartment maintenance experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must have basic hand tools

• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
