Job Description

Replay Surfacing is seeking a Job Site Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Must have great communication skills and a strong understanding of the Spanish language.

This is an entry level position, so we are willing to train someone with strong organizational skills and the right attitude.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of PIP Rubber projects from implementation to completion
Allocate assigned resources for projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with contractors and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

Previous experience in rubber pour in place or concrete installation an asset.
Fluent in English and Spanish spoken language
Strong desire to work as a team and as a leader in the field
Detail oriented
Able to communicate clearly and provide quality customer service
Willing to travel up to 80% of the time
Willingness to learn
Ability to drive 1/2 ton with trailer and 5 ton truck
Able to operate heavy machinery such as a skid steer as needed or willing to learn

Must live within drivable area of Charlotte or be willing to relocate
