Job Description

Join a leading manufacturer of engineered materials as a Slitter Operator. Operate and maintain slitting machines to cut film to exact specifications. This is a hands-on role in a clean, safety-focused environment ideal for detail-oriented individuals.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate slitting machines
Inspect rolls for flatness, holes, and defects
Perform adjustments using hand tools and measuring devices
Read and follow production tickets and quality guidelines
Maintain a safe and orderly work area

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years of experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable using measuring tools (tape measure, micrometers)
Basic computer and math skills
Strong attention to detail and safety
