Job description 
Maintenance Mechanic Level 1 and 2

Job Summary:

Inspect, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical equipment and systems in industrial machinery.
Weld with TIG/MIG and Stick Weld
Use CMMS for work order creation and completion.
Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic issues to identify root causes.
Troubleshoot and maintain building HVAC and Electrical Systems.
Troubleshoot PLC programs, electrical and mechanical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical systems within industrial equipment.
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks.
Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
Install, upgrade, or replace electrical components and control systems.
Regularly inspect industrial machinery to identify potential issues.
Document and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Provide reports on equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications:

Tier 1:

• 5 years’ electrical experience in PLC
• 5 years industrial maintenance experience

Tier 2:

• 2 years electrical experience
• 4 years industrial maintenance experience.

Pay:

• Tier 1: $37.50
• Tier 2: 37.50

Location: Lebanon Indiana

Position Type: Evaluation Hire

Shifts: 3rd shift with training for an extended period on 1st shift.
