Real Estate Paralegal – Residential Closings

Our client, a busy and well-established real estate law firm in Atlanta, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to manage residential closings from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-office role that offers consistency, autonomy, and the opportunity to work as a key player on a close-knit legal team.

Key Duties:

• Handle all aspects of residential real estate closings—from contract through post-closing

• Communicate directly with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process

• Prepare closing documents, including ALTA settlement statements and final closing packages

• Manage funding and disbursements with precision and timeliness

• Maintain organized closing files and ensure all deadlines are met

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience handling residential closings in Georgia

• Strong working knowledge of SoftPro or similar closing software

• Ability to manage files independently while juggling multiple closings

• Clear communicator with a client-first mindset and strong attention to detail

• Friendly, professional, and highly organized
