Candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering exceptional pest control services to established clientele. Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and demonstrating abilities in business development, leadership, organization management and profit generation.

Typical duties include:

·      Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures.

·      Advise customers of potential problems.

·      Complete and submit daily service reports as required.

·      Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.

·      Call the office daily as required for messages.

·      Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use.

·      Maintain service records in accordance with EPA standards.

·      Maintain service equipment and vehicle in clean and proper operating condition.

·      Collect on delinquent accounts.

·      Maintain knowledge of technical data concerning chemicals used and their application.

·      Maintain knowledge of federal, state and local regulations regarding pest control.

·      Complete federal, state, local and company required training programs within prescribed time limits for proper certification.

·      Assist on other routes as required by management.

·      Work flexible hours as required by customer needs, including evenings, nights, and/or weekends.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·      High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

·      Texas Pest Control Commercial License and/or Certified Technician License (Required)

·      At least three (3) years (Required) pest control services experience residential environment.

·      At least three (3) years (Required) pest control services experience Commercial environment.

·      Possess and maintain a valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

·      Ability to read and write comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

·      Ability to write simple correspondence.

·      Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

·      Bilingual (added skill)

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

·      Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

·      Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

·      Capacity to lift 25-35 lbs.

·      Ability to pull hose from truck and wind back upon hose reel.

·      Position requires working inside and outside. Various weather conditions.

JOB TPYE:  Full-time position 40 hr work week. Schedule hours: Working hours can and will fluctuate between 7:30 – 6:30pm Extended hours- subject to route.          Normal day is 7:30 – 5:30

·      Evening/weekend work may be required based on project workload.
