We are seeking a Receptionist Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Verification of Insurance, Eligibility of Benefits and Patient payment responsibilities.
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in must include phone etiquette, customer service, or other related activities.
• Must be dependable and accountable for attendance, punctuality and work accuracy.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Must be a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual: English and Spanish a plus
