Associate Inspector in the aviation industry.

• Location: Torrance, CA
• Direct Hire, $40K~46K/yr (Non-exempt) with Excellent benefit!

Requirements of the Associate Inspector:

• High school diploma or higher.
• Practical experience in the aviation industry (candidates without experience are also welcome).
• Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office at a business level.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work occasional weekend shifts (approximately once a month) in the future.
• May be required to drive to warehouses and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional business trips and overtime may be required.
• Participation in company events and training sessions is expected.

Responsibilities of the Associate Inspector:

• Inspect aircraft parts at offices, warehouses, and dismantling facilities based on customer requirements.
• Proactively maintain and suggest improvements to inspection procedures.
• Keep the quality control room organized and orderly.
• Track internal errors and improve procedures to prevent recurrence.
• Manage and complete tasks within set deadlines.
• Other related duties.

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 8:30am ~ 5:00pm, Monday ~ Friday
