Job Description

Requirements:

8 or more years of experience in Java software development with multi-threading.
Proficiency in ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) management.
Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS).
Experience managing offshore development teams.
Experience with Java-based front-end development frameworks (e.g., JSP, Spring Boot UI).
Experience with application performance tuning and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead technical design, architecture, and deployment strategies for software.
Write and optimize high-quality, multi-threaded Java code.
Design and maintain robust logging and monitoring systems using ELK Stack.
Develop, optimize, and deploy Java applications in an AWS cloud environment.
Provide guidance and coordination to offshore development teams.
Enhance application performance and user experience through front-end development.
Proactively identify areas for improvement and troubleshoot complex issues.
