This is a part-time position….20 hours a week….M-F 10:00am-2:00pm. The shop is located in Phoenix SE of 35th Ave. and Thomas Rd.

We are looking for a pleasant personality to answer phones and help customers in the front office. Someone who is hard-working, detailed-oriented and logical. The position involves basic shipping/receiving knowledge and office knowledge. Training will be provided for the first couple of weeks.

The pay is starting at $20.50/hour DOE. Accepting resumes as of 07-11-25.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Greeting visitors (you are the first person they see when they come in)

· Answering front desk phone, screening calls before transferring to appropriate person

· Opening all mail that comes in

· Performing clerical duties for the Office Administrator and other Department Managers, including but not limited to: creating sales order/backorders, creating purchase orders, typing, copying, faxing, filing, responding to emails

· Collecting payment (cash or credit card), providing receipt and make required copies

· Depositing check payments in office

· Maintain office supplies list to order, such as paper/toner/labels

· Preparing orders for shipping inbound and outbound (UPS Ground, FedEx Freight, courier, etc.)

This is not a data entry position. This is a working office environment where we interact with one another as well as our customers.
