Night Auditor – Hotel Choices (Orlando, FL)

Location: Orlando, Florida
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Overnight Shift)
Shift Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (subject to change)
Reports to: Front Office Manager / General Manager

Position Summary:

Hotel Choices in Orlando is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our overnight team. The Night Auditor plays a key dual role—providing exceptional guest service and ensuring accurate nightly financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the nightly audit to balance hotel daily revenue and reconcile all transactions.
   

• Prepare and distribute essential financial and occupancy reports for hotel management.
   

• Greet late-night guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs as needed.
   

• Handle guest requests, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
   

• Monitor hotel security during overnight hours, including light property walkthroughs.
   

• Log and resolve any issues or emergencies promptly, reporting to management as necessary.
   

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for the next day’s operations.
   

• Ensure accuracy in billing, folios, and payment processing.
   

• Maintain compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
   

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a night auditor or front desk agent in a hotel setting preferred.
   

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and choice hotels systems

• Strong communication and guest service skills.
   

• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
   

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
   

• English required /Spanish is a plus.
   

• Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
