Field Team Leader (“Dude” / “Dudette”)

About The To‐Do Dudes

Since May 14, 2020, we’ve completed 7,000+ projects for 3,000+ customers—earning 550+ five‐star Google reviews. We connect local students with homeowners to tackle chores no one wants to do (hauling, yard work, cleaning, odd jobs) while building leadership and job skills in a fun, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Check in for jobs each morning
• Arrive 5–10 min early
• Moving, Yard Work, Odd jobs, Cleaning, and Events
• Snap “before & after” photos; close each job by asking “What else can we help with?”
• Greet customers professionally; collect digital signatures and process invoicing in our app.
• Wear your TDD uniform, gloves, and leave a business card.

Expectations

• Reliable transportation (car).
• Age 17+ and able to pass a background check.
• Physical fitness for outdoor work and lifting.
• Punctuality, strong communication, and a customer‐first attitude.
• Comfort using smartphones and apps.
• A growth mindset—open to feedback, quick to learn, and a team player.
• Preferred: A local student at a high school or university (not required)
