Urban Space Entertainment is dedicated to providing exceptional service and experiences our clients. We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Team Members to join our diverse team, providing support in various capacities to ensure smooth operations at our events.

Position Overview:

As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our guests and ensuring that all aspects of our events run seamlessly. You should be able to switch roles as needed, including but not limited to wait staff, security, photo booth attendant, equipment setup, valet, or driver.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wait Staff:

- Serve food and beverages to guests.

- Maintain cleanliness of service areas.

- Assist with event setup and teardown.

- Security Guard:

- Ensure the safety and security of guests and property.

- Monitor guest access and resolve any issues calmly.

- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing rules.

- Photo Booth Attendant:

- Operate and assist guests with the photo booth.

- Ensure the booth is well-stocked and functioning properly.

- Encourage guests to engage with the booth and capture memorable moments.

- Equipment Setup Crew:

- Set up and dismantle event equipment according to specifications.

- Conduct pre-event checks to ensure all equipment is safe and functional.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Valet:

- Greet guests and assist with vehicle parking.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

- Safely park and retrieve vehicles as needed.

- Driver:

- Safely transport guests and staff to and from event locations.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle.

- Follow all traffic laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
