What does a Property Hub Acquisition Agent Do?

• Network and prospect using our proven techniques
• Find and source distressed properties
• Analyze and evaluate properties and negotiate with home sellers
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local real estate agents

Job Requirements

• Real Estate License
• Hustler / go getter mindset
• Coachable attitude
• Ability to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
• High touch customer service skills
• An understanding of the real estate market and trends
• Honesty and integrity

Real Estate and Sales experience is preferred but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in this role as long as you have the right attitude and mindset!
